FORESTI mission
The products play a dualistic game between reality and illusion, function and image. The cabinets are intended to organizing or locking up; the picture on the outside creates the illusion and refers to the wood the cabinet is made of. In this way making it a carrier of meaning. The forest as the place where man can hide or withdraw; the site of hidden myth. FORESTI products are made for special attention to personal matters, small secrets or something what is forbidden. With its designs, FORESTI aims to respond to the need for a world with meaning, a world in which design is an autonomous phenomenon in which reflection and association are relevant components.

FORESTI material
FORESTI cabinets are made of massive wood or ecoplex, an environment-friendly poplar plywood manufactured from assorted veneers from ecologically cultivated forests. The image is hand painted, covered by photo’s or digitally printed.

In addition to the collection, FORESTI delivers all their products custom made, designed in any size and for any purpose, following the FORESTI concept. Any option can be discussed in relation to the client’s wishes.
